What's Involved
Full Pest Proofing Survey
We inspect the whole exterior and interior of your property — roof lines, eaves, air bricks, pipe runs, gaps around cables and conduit, door frames, and floor voids — to map every potential entry point for rodents, birds, and insects.
Exclusion Work
Depending on the pest and the entry point, we use a range of materials: stainless steel mesh, expanding foam with rodent deterrent, purpose-made vent covers, door brush strips, spike systems, and netting for bird proofing. All work is carried out to last.
Aftercare Advice
We walk you through the work completed and advise on any ongoing maintenance — such as keeping vegetation back from the building or checking roof tiles — that will help the proofing remain effective long term.

- Recurring rodent activity even after treatment — rats and mice are finding a way back in through unsealed gaps
- Pigeons or other birds roosting on ledges, roof areas, or beneath solar panels, leaving droppings and blocking gutters
