Internal Drain Relining
Internal drain relining is a no-dig solution for repairing damaged or deteriorated pipes from the inside — restoring structural integrity without the cost or disruption of excavation. We specialise in pest-damaged pipes, toilet soil pipes, and flexi pipe sections.
What's Involved
CCTV Survey
We start with a full CCTV survey of the affected pipe run to assess the extent and location of the damage, confirm the pipe diameter, and determine whether the relining method is suitable.
Pipe Preparation
The pipe is thoroughly cleaned and cleared of any debris, scale, or blockage material before relining begins. This ensures the liner bonds correctly and achieves a long-lasting repair.
Liner Installation
A resin-impregnated liner is introduced into the pipe and positioned precisely over the damaged section. The liner is then cured in place, forming a new structural pipe within the existing one.
Inspection & Sign-Off
Once the liner has cured, we carry out a final CCTV inspection to confirm the repair is complete, the bore is clear, and the pipe is running freely. You receive full documentation of the work.
What We Reline
- Pest-damaged pipes. rats gnaw through plastic drain pipes, particularly under floors and in voids
- Toilet soil pipes with cracked joints, displaced sections, or deteriorated flexi connectors
- Flexi pipe sections that have collapsed, split, or perished over time
- Clay drain pipes with cracked barrels or open joints in older properties
- Plastic drain runs with point damage not requiring full section replacement
- Pipes under concrete slabs, suspended floors, or areas where excavation would be highly disruptive
Why Choose Us
No Dig. Minimal Disruption
Internal relining avoids the cost and disruption of excavating floors, driveways, and gardens. In most cases the pipe can be repaired in a single visit with no mess and no reinstatement costs.
Pest Damage Specialists
We understand pest-damaged pipes from both angles. as pest controllers and as drainage engineers. We can address the rodent problem and repair the damage they've caused in one coordinated visit.
Documented & Guaranteed
Every relining job is documented with pre- and post-repair CCTV footage. The finished repair is guaranteed, and you have a clear record of the work for insurance or future reference.
